Kyna Iman, LLC, provides services tailored to fit the client's legislative needs.  Prior to writing a proposal, Iman will meet with you to discuss their legislative priorities.  After that, a specialized plan will be personalized to best meet their needs and attain the greatest success.


Services include:

• 24/7 attention and availability to the client, via phone or email.
• Constant notification and updates on client's legislative priorities, including legislation filed, amendments proposed, hearing notices, and any actions taken by the Legislature.
• Comprehensive lobbying services from drafting legislation, obtaining sponsors for legislation, filing legislation, and shepherding the proposed bill through the legislative process to the Governor's desk for final approval.
• Daily monitoring and bill tracking of all legislation filed by the Missouri General Assembly.
• Weekly, or more timely, notices and reports will be provided to the client regarding issues of concern and industry-related.
• Bi-monthly review of all proposed rules and regulations in the Missouri Register to provide the client time to respond to any changes of interest.
• Provide networking opportunities with members of the legislature and the executive branch to raise a client's profile in the capitol community.
• Help establish a grassroots advocacy network to enable the client to respond to action alerts in a timely manner.

Lessons Learned:  My work entails reaching out to representatives and various agencies of government to ensure that my clients' needs and objectives are met.  I have learned above all that an effective lobbyist must use great communication and be straight and direct with whatever government agency you are dealing with.  Being so will allow you to yield direct and positive results for your clients on all issues that you present.
